Health and Dental Insurance

Network Integrity offers comprehensive medical plans, which provides major medical inpatient and outpatient services, prescription drugs, and wellness care and dental coverage for employees and their families.

Employees have the option of employee only, employee plus dependent or family coverage for both medical and dental coverage. The employee and Network Integrity share the cost of medical insurance.

Life Insurance

Our employees are eligible for company sponsored life insurance. Employees may purchase additional coverage for themselves and family members.

Retirement Savings Plan

Employees are encouraged to enroll in Network Integrity's 401(k) plan. Employees may elect to contribute, on a pre-tax basis, a portion of their base salary (subject to IRS restrictions). Network Integrity will contribute to the employee's 401(K) account. A three-year vesting schedule applies to the employer match. Employees age 50 and over are eligible to participate in a catch-up provision and contribute extra money onto the IRS maximum. The plan is comprised of over a dozen investment vehicles.

Disability Insurance

Network Integrity offers a two-step disability program:

Short Term Disability (STD)
STD is provided at no cost to employees.

Long Term Disability (LTD)
LTD is provided at no cost to employees.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment
Network Integrity provides our employees Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance to provide in times of accidental death or loss of limb, hearing, and sight.

These disability insurances are provided at no cost to the employee.

Educational Assistance Program

Network Integrity's EAP includes Tuition Assistance and career development training. Employees are provided funds to pay for tuition, registration and lab fees for work related college courses.

Funds are also provided to allow employees to attend certification and vendor training, professional development courses and professional society memberships.

Leave Programs

Network Integrity's employees begin accruing paid time off (PTO) immediately after their date of hire. In addition, Network Integrity celebrates ten Federal holidays. Other Network Integrity leave programs include bereavement, jury duty, and military leave.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Network Integrity offers Flexible Spending Accounts for health care and dependent day care expenses. Flex spending accounts allow employees to pay for certain expenses paid with tax free dollars.
